Behind-the Scenes Sourcing

You, as an investor, get to choose which deals you want based on the return structure, asset type, risk, geography, and operator. We've prepared handpicked deals for you to choose from. It's your choice—you can screen the deals you want and pick which ones to go into.

Slice + Allocate

Once you choose the investments you want to make, you can decide how much seed to contribute and which offerings to back. For example, if you invest with us and we have multiple offerings at one time, you can choose to invest in all three, two out of three, or just one. The choice is yours.

Earn + Re-Invest

As you earn money inside the fund, that money is yours and stays inside the fund unless you are ready to take a distribution. As you earn dividends for your particular investment(s), the balance in your account grows. That's just for you and for you alone. You have the choice to re-deploy it within the fund or withdraw as income.
