- Providing and managing your subscription a-nd CRM environment.

- Executing marketing campaigns, automations, and social media management as per your Service Plan.

- Processing payments and providing technical support.

3. DATA STORAGE & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

We utilize third-party platforms to deliver our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by:

- GoHighLevel (GHL): For CRM and automation infrastructure.

- Stripe: For secure payment processing.

- Twilio/Mailgun: For telecommunications and email delivery.

- Meta/Google: For advertising and social media management.

Note: Some data may be stored on servers located outside of Canada (e.g., in the United States). We ensure these providers maintain high-standard security protocols.

4. DATA OWNERSHIP & ACCESS

- Client Ownership: Our clients retain 100% ownership of their contact lists and lead data. We act as a Data Processor, while the Client acts as the Data Controller.

- Access: We only access your data to perform the services outlined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA) or at your explicit request for support.

5. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. This includes encrypted connections and restricted access to Client environments.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website and portal use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. Users can control cookie settings through their individual browser preferences.

Under PIPA, you have the right to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you.
