Jonathan Monitz, L.Ac, MTOM, is a board-certified and California-licensed acupuncturist specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. He graduated with honors from Emperor’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine where he trained under world renowned doctors gaining experience in treating a wide range of orthopedic, physiological, and mental health conditions.
Utilizing his studies in kinesiology, physics, and classical Chinese medical texts, Jonathan developed unique methods to screen, evaluate, and treat patients for actual and potential injuries, often preventing injuries before they occur. This approach has helped many patients refine their form, enhance their health, prevent recurrent and new injuries, and achieve optimal performance levels previously unattained.
Jonathan offers solutions through acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Tui Na manual therapy.
