·You understand that we submit funding applications on your behalf directly to our vetted lender network.

·Submitting false or misleading information may result in being disqualified from working with us.
We make no guarantee or promise that you will be approved for funding.
Approval decisions are based on each lender’s underwriting criteria, which may include credit history, revenue, time in business, industry, and other risk factors.
We do our best to match you with the right funding partner, but we are not liable for any denials or loan terms provided by our lending partners.
Freedom Movement Capital Partners does not charge upfront fees for funding consultations.
We are compensated by:
·Commissions from our lender partners when a deal is successfully funded (typically 5–15%).
·Fees for our credit enhancement or business credit programs if you enroll (ranges between $1,997–$4,997 depending on the package).
You will be notified of any applicable fees before enrolling in any paid service.
All content on this site and within our lead magnets, documents, videos, and programs is the intellectual property of Freedom Movement Consulting LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without our written consent.
You agree not to:
·Misrepresent your financial status or intentions.
·Harass or abuse our staff or partners.
