1. Acknowledgment of Purpose
The Insight Alchemist (TIA) is a proprietary AI tool designed by Ava V. Manuel and owned by The Legendary Makers. It is intended as a complementary tool to support individuals in self-discovery, personal development, and overcoming behaviors such as resistance, avoidance, hiding, minimizing, and shrinking. TIA is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment.
2. Assumption of Risk
By accessing and using TIA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
TIA is a tool designed to facilitate self-reflection and personal insights, and its effectiveness depends on individual use and engagement.
Results and interpretations derived from TIA are not guaranteed and may vary based on personal circumstances.
TIA is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, and you agree to seek professional assistance where necessary.
You assume all risks associated with using TIA, including any emotional, mental, or personal outcomes that arise from your engagement with the tool.
3. No Liability for Outcomes
You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Legendary Makers, Ava V. Manuel, and all affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of TIA.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Any perceived inaccuracies, errors, or limitations in the tool’s outputs.
Any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on insights provided by TIA.
Any emotional or psychological effects experienced as a result of engaging with the tool.
4. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that The Insight Alchemist (TIA), including all underlying intellectual property, algorithms, and custom designs, remains the sole and exclusive property of The Legendary Makers. You are granted limited, non-transferable, and revocable access to use TIA solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute any content or output generated by TIA.
Attempt to reverse engineer, reproduce, or otherwise replicate TIA or its proprietary designs.
5. Limitation of Use
You acknowledge that TIA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty or guarantee of performance, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs.
The Legendary Makers and Ava V. Manuel are not responsible for:
Technical issues or interruptions related to the use of TIA.
Unintended or unexpected outputs generated by the tool.
Compatibility issues with other personal development programs or tools.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Legendary Makers, Ava V. Manuel, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs, including legal fees, arising from your use or misuse of TIA.
7. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Insight Alchemist (TIA), you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.
You have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
8. Governing Law
