Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our furry friends, ensuring they receive the highest quality service possible. This role requires a passion for animals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties
Experience with AKC breed grooms, bath and groom pets according to their breed, size, and specific needs, using a variety of techniques and tools.
Responsible for getting complete grooming instructions from the pet parent at time of drop off.
Keen focus on customer service and quality over quantity.
Ability to groom all breed types and weight classes.
Monitor the health and well-being of pets, reporting any concerns or issues to our Director of Quality and Compliance.
Keep detailed records of pet grooming and care, including any medication or special instructions.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns from pet owners
