Description


This project involved a full design and build of a high-level training ground facility for the mens 1st team gym. LIFTD delivered a RIBA stage 2 and stage 3 design package. We then project managed the build alongside Dhaliliyah Engineering – our construction partner in the region.

LIFTD also handled the procurement and installation of the specialist spa equipment and flooring.

Construction involved removing partition walls to open the space up, installing all new MEP, new MF ceilings, new lighting, furniture, and wall finishes. We installed all new flooring throughout, including turf to the tunnel area and anti-slip vinyl with custom artwork to the changing room areas.
