Refund

Cash refunds are not permitted when making online payments using payment cards. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems:

⦁ The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their delivery. After the delivery, the refusal must be made within 7 days;

⦁ Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation, consumer properties, and a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of said goods are preserved;

⦁ The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality with individually defined properties if said goods can be used exclusively by the person purchasing them;

⦁ If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request.

To receive a refund to your bank card, please complete the "Refund Application," which the company will send to your email address upon request. Send it along with a copy of your identification document to [email protected] .

The refund will be processed within 3 business days of the Company's receipt of the "Refund Application."

To request a refund for transactions processed incorrectly, please submit a written request and attach a copy of your identification document and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous debit. This request must be sent to [email protected] .

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price. The period for reviewing the Request and is calculated from the moment the Company receives the Request and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.

Payment may be declined if:

⦁ your bank card is not designed for online payments, which you can find out by contacting your issuing bank;

⦁ there are insufficient funds to pay on your bank card. You can find out more about the available funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card;

⦁ your bank card details were entered incorrectly;

⦁ your bank card has expired. The card expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card expiration date by contacting the issuing bank.
