Biofeedback

we will also monitor your biofeedback which includes your digestion, sleep, stress level, energy level, mood, and cravings. This is a a very important metric to monitor because you might have the best training plan or nutrition plan, but if, for example, you are not getting enough sleep and you are very stressed out, then that will impact your nutrition and training requirements and your overall progress and health.
