I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach and the founder of Revive Functional Health.
My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that symptoms are never random—and that true healing begins when we understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I know this firsthand. I’ve been in the position of being told my labs were “normal,” while still dealing with symptoms and getting no real answers. That experience is what opened my eyes to a different way of approaching health.
Too often, women over 50 are told everything looks fine while they continue to struggle with fatigue, digestive issues, weight gain, and hormone imbalances. I believe you deserve more than surface-level answers.
That belief led me to pursue certification through the Functional Medicine Academy, where I trained under Dr. Zachary and her team, learning how to take a root-cause approach to health using personalized, natural strategies.
As a functional medicine health coach, I specialize in helping women connect the dots between their symptoms, lifestyle, and underlying imbalances—so they can begin to feel like themselves again.
