Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. Here’s why…
I, Tom Upton, Photographer, in Mountain View, CA 94043, hold the right to reschedule class if fewer than two people are signed up for any given PhotoTrainer event or training. If I cancel the class you will receive a full credit for use at PhotoTrainer or a partial refund. My photo education work with PhotoTrainer is based on person-to-person contact to help you understand the technology and art of camera work. As such, I hold small, limited attendance classes for high quality individual attention and results that come from advance work. I prepare all of my classes and sessions ahead of time for every class. When you sign up and pay I hold that spot for you, preparing for you and your specific camera. I hold that time on the calendar for you. If you reschedule with fewer than one weeks’ notice I likely cannot schedule another client.
I understand that life happens: little kids get sick, adults can break femurs and forget things. If you cannot make the class, please give me 48 hours notice. There will be a rescheduling fee of $35.
Individual Training:
When I schedule a time for you, I prepare the lesson and create a plan for that time we have together. I hold that time on the calendar for you. It is our time to work together. If you reschedule with fewer than two days’ notice I likely cannot schedule another client. Therefore, you forfeit the prepaid fee for that session. If you know that you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please let me know 48 hours prior.
