Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Tree Service Estimate ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Tree Service Estimate provides a lead generation service connecting tree service professionals with local homeowners seeking estimates. Our services include:

• Targeted outreach to homeowners in your specified service area and ZIP codes
• Qualification of interested homeowners before delivery
• Real-time delivery of qualified lead information via SMS and email
• A 3-day trial package delivering 5–10 exclusive qualified leads per day
• Ongoing weekly and monthly lead plans following the trial

Trial Terms & Payment

What You Receive

• 5–10 exclusive qualified leads delivered per day for 3 days
• A guaranteed minimum of 15 leads across your 3-day trial
• Leads exclusive to your ZIP code area, not shared with competitors

Money Back Guarantee

If we fail to deliver a minimum of 15 qualified leads across your 3-day trial period, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of trial completion.

Ongoing Plans

After your trial, you may choose a weekly or monthly plan. Ongoing plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period. No long-term contracts required.

Exclusivity Policy

We strictly limit our service to one tree service company per ZIP code or market area. Your exclusivity is active for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription lapses for more than 14 days, your ZIP code exclusivity may be released.

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Use lead information solely for providing tree service estimates
• Contact leads promptly, we recommend within 1 hour of receipt
• Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing regulations
• Not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with any third party
• Maintain professional conduct with homeowners you contact

Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is a homeowner who has responded to our outreach, confirmed interest in receiving a tree service estimate, and provided valid contact details within your specified service area.

We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a booked job. Close rates vary based on your pricing, responsiveness, and service area.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Service Estimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that leads will result in closed sales or that our services will meet all of your specific business requirements.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by United States law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
