As we begin August, we want to share a few important updates and reminders to help you make the most of your CoreMed and Zion HealthShare membership.
💬 Financial Flexibility for CoreMed Members
We understand that financial challenges can arise. Whether you're experiencing a temporary hardship or facing unexpected circumstances, please know that we’re here for you.
Starting August 2025, due to increasing fees associated with returned checks, we will implement a $25 fee for each returned check. If you anticipate any difficulties with your account at the beginning of the month, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our team in advance. We’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to create flexible arrangements that suit your situation.
Your health shouldn’t be compromised by financial stress — and at CoreMed, it never has to be.
👥 Zion HealthShare: Important Contact Info Update
Our partner, Zion HealthShare, is requesting updated contact details for both the primary membership holder and their significant other. This helps ensure smoother communication and faster support when it matters most.
Zion may reach out directly to gather this information. If you have any questions or would prefer to update your details through us, we’re happy to help. Just send us a quick message and we’ll walk you through it.
📝 Submitting a Sharing Request? Here’s What to Know:
For those with Zion HealthShare as part of their CoreMed membership, here are a few quick reminders about sharing requests:
✅ You can submit your request through the Member Portal.
🗓 Requests must be submitted within six months of the date of service.
⏳ The sooner you submit a request, the easier it is for the community to share in your medical expenses.
🏥 For non-emergency services (especially surgeries), we recommend submitting your request before the service date.
