For CoreMed Primary & Comprehensive Members:

• Find Your Nearest Pharmacy: Visit coremedhealth.com and select your region to see nearby pharmacies and review covered medications.

• Primary Care Assistance: Your CoreMed Primary Care providers are always here to help. Many can even dispense certain medications directly from their clinics.

For CoreMed Catastrophic Members:

• Expanded Pharmacy Options: We recommend Pharm406 or Alpine Apothecary for cash-pay pricing and convenient home delivery. Visit pharm406.com or mtapothecary.com to learn more.
  Important: Please let them know you are a cash-pay member without CoreMed pharmacy coverage.

📈 Zion Health 2026 Rate Updates

Starting January 1, 2026, Zion Health will be implementing modest adjustments:

• Premium rates will increase 3–5% (compared to projected 15–18% increases on the Healthcare Marketplace).

• The $1,000 IUA option will increase to $1,250.
