When will my order be dispatched?

Cebu City: Same-day delivery via Lalamove or our in-house drivers for orders placed before 1 PM. Orders after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Cebu Province: Delivery takes 1-2 days via J&T Express.

Metro Manila: We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (5-7 business days).

Outside Metro Manila & Other Provinces: We ship daily via J&T Express (7-10 business days). 

Tracking details will be emailed once package is on its way.

Is it still possible to make changes to my order after check-out?

We’re sorry, but once a shipment confirmation email has been sent, we’re unable to make changes to your order.

I received my order but it’s incorrect / there’s a lacking item

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you received, and we’ll make sure to make things right. Thank you for your understanding!

Invoice request

For a sales invoice, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, registered business name, TIN, business style, and address.

How to make a return/exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Coffee

How often do you roast?

We roast daily to ensure you always receive the freshest coffee possible.

For our topshelf coffees, we only roast upon order.

Brewing Method

For brewing guides, you may visit the “Brew Guide” tab and you will be directed to “Brewing 101” for standard recipes and “Brew Better” where we give tips, tricks, and notes on how to brew your coffee better! 

How do I store my coffee? 

Store coffee in an airtight and opaque container. You may also keep it in the bean bags it came with. Keep in a cool, dry, and dark place to preserve the quality longer.

Where is your cafe located? 

We’re located in Door 3 Diez Building, F. Ramos St., Cebu City (Landmark: In front of St. Mary’s Dormitory) 

What time do you open? 

We’re open daily from 8AM to 6PM

Do you have parking spaces available? 

We only have street side pay parking. 

Do you serve food? 

At the moment, we only offer pastries. 

Are pets allowed inside the cafe? 

Yes, we’re pet-friendly!
