● Cebu City: Same-day delivery via Lalamove or our in-house drivers for orders placed before 1 PM. Orders after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.

● Cebu Province: Delivery takes 1-2 days via J&T Express.

● Metro Manila: We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (5-7 business days).

● Outside Metro Manila & Other Provinces: We ship daily via J&T Express (7-10 business days).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
