Be prepared to pay the application fee listed on the property listing and provide a valid form of identification along with proof of income.
Applicants should be ready to provide 3 years of residential history, rental references, and monthly income details.
If there are occupants under 18, pets, or service animals in the household, that information must be included on the application and lease.
A separate rental application must be completed, dated, and signed by each applicant and all co-applicants age 18 or older. The fee is $60.00 per applicant.
Applications must include all necessary paperwork and application fees before they are considered valid and processing can begin.
Provide a copy of a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued photo identification if you do not have a driver’s license.
Income must be at least 3x the rent. Verifiable proof of income is required, including pay stubs (minimum 6 weeks) and 2 months of bank statements. Screenshots of balances are not accepted.
Income from only the 2 highest earners will be considered toward the 3x rental income requirement.
If pets are permitted with owner’s discretion, a one-time non-refundable fee of $350 is due at move-in, plus $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
This application includes a credit history evaluation, rental history verification, employment and income verification, and a criminal background check on all applicants.
