WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to our diverse industries.

• Collaborate with our executive team to understand our vision, culture, and specific hiring needs.

• Implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and streamline recruitment.

• Reduce our turnover rate by improving our recruitment and retention strategies.
