At Health inc Wellness Center, we strive to provide the highest quality care for our patients. To that end, we have created a concierge medical program designed to provide personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each individual patient.

This application is the first step to qualify you to be a concierge patient of Dr. Russell Marsh. After you have been accepted by Dr. Russell. You will have an enrollment fee of $400 per patient or $700 per family. There will be no insurance submitted. Your monthly or yearly payment will cover you office visit (limited to 2x a week unless emergency situations), you will have access to texting Dr. Russell and blood work drawn twice a year.
