This Disclosure Agreement explains how confidential information may be shared with you. By using our services or receiving information from us, you agree to follow the terms in this agreement.

1. What Confidential Information Means

Confidential Information includes any information we share with you that is marked as confidential or should reasonably be understood as private. This applies to information shared in writing, spoken, or recorded.

2. Your Responsibilities

If you receive Confidential Information, you agree to:

  • Keep the information private and secure

  • Not share the information with anyone else unless we give written permission

  • Use the information only to review or discuss possible services or business opportunities

3. Information That Is Not Confidential

Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available through no fault of yours

  • You received before we shared it with you

  • You developed on your own without using our information

  • Must be shared due to a court order or legal requirement, as long as you notify us promptly

4. How Long This Agreement Lasts

Your duty to keep information confidential lasts for two years from the date the information is shared, unless we agree in writing to extend it.

5. Returning or Destroying Information

If we ask, you agree to return or destroy all materials that contain Confidential Information.
You also agree to confirm in writing that this has been done.

6. No Transfer of Rights

This agreement does not give you ownership or rights to our patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, Madinah

By receiving Confidential Information from us, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Disclosure Agreement.
