Fulfillment and Payment Terms

At Logan Legacy Enterprises, clients do not pay anything upfront. Payment is only required after the successful fulfillment of our services, specifically after securing financing on behalf of the client. Upon onboarding, clients sign an agreement that clearly outlines the terms of payment. These terms specify that:

- The client agrees to pay Logan Legacy Enterprises a percentage of the amount secured for them through our financing services.

- Payment is only due after the financing has been secured, and the client will pay Logan Legacy Enterprises directly from the secured funds.

- This ensures that the client is not coming out of pocket for our services, as payment is derived directly from the capital we secure.

Because of this structure, refunds are not applicable. Payment is only made after our service has been successfully provided, eliminating the possibility of a refund scenario. Clients are fully aware of and agree to these terms prior to commencing the service.

Refund Policy

Given the nature of our services and the payment structure, refunds do not apply. Logan Legacy Enterprises operates on a no-upfront-payment model, where the client does not pay anything until financing is successfully secured. Since payment only occurs after results are delivered, and payment comes from the secured financing itself, there is no out-of-pocket expense for the client.

As part of the onboarding process, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of service, including the payment structure, which ensures that they only pay upon successful completion of our services. Therefore, refunds are not applicable, as Logan Legacy Enterprises only gets paid after delivering the agreed-upon results.

Amendments

Logan Legacy Enterprises reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of this fulfillment policy without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in prices, technical specifications, terms of service, or service offerings.

Delivery of Services

All services are provided in alignment with the terms agreed upon during client onboarding. Legal and Export Restrictions

Logan Legacy Enterprises complies with U.S. laws regarding the export of services. Our services are designed for businesses operating within the United States, and we do not engage in activities that violate export laws. Clients outside of the U.S. must ensure compliance with their local regulations.
