1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and utilizing services provided by Soft Arch Studio ("Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Soft Arch Studio specializes in permanent makeup services, including, but not limited to, nano brows, lash line enhancement tattoos, lip brushes, SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation), scar and stretch mark revision, lash extensions, brow lamination, lash lift/perm, saline tattoo removal, and waxing.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce service time or rescheduling. The Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at its discretion.
4. Consultations and Medical Conditions
Consultations may be required before certain services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the service. The Studio is not liable for any complications arising from undisclosed information.
5. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payments for services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, afterpay, venmo, zelle, and cashapp. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for completed services. In case of dissatisfaction, we offer touch-ups or corrections as needed, subject to the Studio’s discretion.
7. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services. Proof of consent may be required.
8. Health and Safety
Soft Arch Studio adheres to high health and safety standards. Equipment is sterilized, and disposable tools are used where applicable. However, Clients must follow aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and prevent potential complications.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from negligence in aftercare or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions. Services are provided “as is,” and results may vary from client to client.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected by the Studio is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law.
11. Amendments
Soft Arch Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through [email, website updates, etc.].
