SERVICES
Dolly’s Doos Grooming & Boarding provides professional dog grooming and boarding services. All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, text, or through our website.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
PET HEALTH & SAFETY
All pets must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses at the time of their appointment or boarding stay.
Owners are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, or special needs prior to service.
Dolly’s Doos Grooming & Boarding is not responsible for illness, injury, or stress-related conditions that may occur during or after grooming or boarding, except in cases of proven negligence.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Prices may vary based on coat condition, size, behavior, and specific service needs. Additional fees may apply for matting, special handling, or extended care.
BOARDING TERMS
Boarding services are provided in a supervised and controlled environment. While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, boarding involves inherent risks.
Owners acknowledge and accept these risks by choosing to board their pet with us.
COMMUNICATIONS (CALLS & TEXT MESSAGES)
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or other communication methods, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Dolly’s Doos Grooming & Boarding regarding appointments, services, and updates.
