Welcome to Cruz Automations. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Cruz Automations provides AI-driven automated text-back systems and lead generation services for local trade businesses. Our service includes the setup of an AI assistant designed to respond to missed calls and website inquiries via SMS.

2. Fees and Payments

Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $197 is required to initialize the AI system and integrate it with your business profile.

Lead Billing: The customer agrees to be billed $15 per qualified lead generated by the AI system. A "qualified lead" is defined as a unique contact that provides their information or engages in a two-way conversation with the AI regarding your services.

Automatic Billing: By connecting a payment method (via Stripe), you authorize Cruz Automations to automatically process charges for lead fees on a weekly or monthly basis, or as they occur.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the AI configuration and the labor required for custom integration, the $197 setup fee is strictly non-refundable once the system has been set live and the first automated message has been sent.

4. SMS Compliance and Responsibility

Cruz Automations provides the tools for SMS communication; however, the Customer is responsible for ensuring their business remains compliant with local regulations (TCPA/CTIA).

Customers must not use the system to send unsolicited "cold" spam.

All automated messages will include standard "Reply STOP to opt-out" language to maintain carrier compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cruz Automations is not responsible for any missed business opportunities, technical carrier outages, or inaccuracies in the AI’s responses. The AI is a tool to assist in communication, and the Customer is encouraged to monitor conversations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding lead fees must be paid in full.
