Reward begins after contract execution and first management payment.
Ongoing payouts continue only while the HOA remains under active management with Green Ocean.
Payments issued monthly or quarterly through the agent’s brokerage (per MA/NH licensing rules).
IRS Form W-9 required for payout processing.
