These SMS/Mobile Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the  Freeworld Renewables LLC text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive  text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms. 

1) PROGRAM NAME & DESCRIPTION 

Program Name: Freeworld Renewables LLC SMS Program 

Program Description: By opting in, you may receive text messages from Freeworld  Renewables LLC related to customer support, appointment scheduling, project updates,  service notifications, and (if you separately consent) marketing messages such as  promotions or offers. 

2) OPT-IN 

You opt in by providing your mobile number and completing the consent process (for  example, selecting a checkbox on a web form, submitting an online form, or another  explicit opt-in method). 

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. 

3) MESSAGE FREQUENCY 

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the type of messages you  request. You may receive up to 3 messages per month (typical), but frequency may vary.

4) MESSAGE & DATA RATES 

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us  from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. 

5) OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the  message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message to confirm that you  have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us  unless you rejoin. 

6) REJOINING INSTRUCTIONS 

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can sign up again through the same method you  used to opt in, or reply START (where supported). We will then resume sending SMS  messages to you.

8) CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10) COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS 

We intend to operate this Program in alignment with applicable carrier requirements and  industry best practices, as well as applicable laws and regulations. 

11) LEGAL COMPLIANCE NOTE 

You agree that you will not use or engage with the Program in an unlawful, abusive, or  fraudulent manner. We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if we  believe your participation violates these SMS Terms or applicable law. 

12) CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS 

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and  changing the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation in the Program after  changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
