EGEE Digital LTD stands by the value of our services and programs. However, due to the nature of digital education and marketing services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. Digital Programs & Coaching
All digital product sales, memberships, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
2. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests within 7 days of purchase only if:
• You have not accessed any part of the course/program, and
• You submit a written request with a valid reason to [email protected]
If approved, a 10% processing fee may be deducted.
3. Marketing & Development Services
Marketing services, ad campaigns, and website development projects are subject to individual contracts and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
