1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Elevure

("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of all coaching, consulting, digital products,

content, and associated services provided by the Company.

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or otherwise engaging with Elevure services, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You further confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

- The information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.

- You accept full responsibility for your use of services, including eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Elevure provides professional coaching and personal development services. These services may include, but are

not limited to:

- One-to-one coaching sessions

- Group coaching programs

- Online courses, digital downloads, templates, or masterclasses (including hosted on platforms such as

Skool)

- Messaging-based support via WhatsApp, email, or social platforms

- Audio and/or video recordings of sessions

- Access to community spaces or group calls

- Digital resource libraries, replays, and member content

The Company reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any part of the service offerings at any

time, without notice.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing or accessing Elevure services, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age; or

- You otherwise have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements. By proceeding, you assume

all liability related to any false representation of your age, identity, or authority. The Company does not bear

responsibility for verifying user-provided information.

4. Payment Terms

All services, unless otherwise stated, must be paid for in full in advance of delivery.

- Payments are accepted via third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, or similar

platforms.

- By purchasing, you authorise the third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

Where applicable, payment plans must be honoured in full. Failure to complete payments may result in

immediate suspension or termination of services.

- Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g. currency conversion fees, banking fees) are your

responsibility.

Invoices and receipts may be provided upon request.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital and time-based nature of the services offered, all sales are final and non-refundable by

default.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such gesture

shall not be construed as an admission of liability or precedent for future cases.

Coaching Sessions:

- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

- No-shows will be treated as completed sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Repeated cancellations or failure to comply with scheduling expectations may result in service suspension or

termination.

Pause and Continuity Policy

For 1:1 Coaching Clients Only:

Monthly payments cover access to up to four (4) private sessions, which should ideally be used within the same

billing cycle.

Clients may request to pause their coaching at any time. If a pause is requested after a billing cycle has started,

the remaining sessions from that cycle may still be used within the following 60 days.

Sessions do not roll over beyond this 60-day window unless explicitly agreed in writing. Clients are responsible

for scheduling their remaining sessions within that period. While Elevure will make every effort to accommodate

availability, preferred time slots cannot be guaranteed beyond the original billing cycle.

Digital Products & Online Courses:

All digital products, including downloadable guides, templates, audio programs, and online courses, are non-

refundable once purchased.

Access to online course material is typically granted for the lifetime of the course unless otherwise stated. No

pauses, refunds, or transfers are offered for digital product purchases.

If technical issues arise preventing access, Elevure will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an

alternative solution.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Coaching is a collaborative process; your outcomes depend on your engagement, decisions, and

implementation.

- The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including (but not limited to) financial

results, emotional outcomes, personal or professional growth, or any measurable performance indicators.

- Testimonials or case studies shared by others are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

The Company does not offer therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial consultancy. You are

responsible for seeking appropriate external professional services where required.

7. Client Responsibilities

specific details.

10. Session Recording and Storage

All sessions may be audio and/or video recorded for the following purposes:
