Cat A office fit out at Jockey Fields, Chancery Lane

Lawsons Group Ltd carried out a Cat A office fit out at Jockey Fields in Chancery Lane, delivering a complete package of mechanical and electrical works for the space.

Our electrical scope included the full design of lighting and small power, along with sub mains, distribution board installation, data, CCTV and access control systems. The aim was to provide a practical, flexible base for future office use.

The mechanical package included above ground drainage, kitchen services and WC supply, helping prepare the building for occupation and future tenant fit out requirements.

All electrical work was certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
