The agreement is 90 days long, after 90 days the contract continues on a ‘pay-per-performance’ model. Consultant and Client agree as follows:
The engagement (“Engagement”) for Services (as defined below) will begin effective: ___________________. The program is delivered in multiple phases:
Phase 0. Onboarding Process:
Onboarding Call with the Client to onboard them into the program. Detailed walkthrough of everything being fulfilled and provided to The Client in the program Clarity SessionWeekly check-ins
Phase 1. Building Packages & Choose Starting Service:
Creating bundles & packages the market wants: Refining the Client’s offer or simply providing them with a new proven offer to sell. Finding the most profitable market segment: Dialing in the niche that The Client should be targeting. Generating attention: Building a Lead generation machine. Providing clarity on owning attention: Building assets and an audience. Educating on how to leverage-sell with content. Building components for attention conversion into appointments. Building a Personalized Action Plan for The Client.
Phase 2. Building & Implementing Strategy
Developing the mechanism to be used for lead generation and appointment booking. Optimizing social profiles/assets. Hiring, Training & Placing a full-time appointment specialist inside of the Clients business. Implementing Conversion Mechanisms to drive sales and optimize conversion rates. Implementing Tracking Systems & Workflow around Data Collection.
Phase 3. Management & Optimization
Bi-weekly check-ins to review metrics. Provide game plans to elevate the following: lead Flow to 10-15 leads per day or more; Appointment Flow to 2-8 appointments per day; Package Upsell Rate to 20%.
Phase 4. Scaling
Evaluating performance and actioning respectively to elevate all constraints
Phase 5. Seven-Figure Leveraged Consultant
Consulting on the next steps to take the client’s business to the next desired goal.
The Client agrees to the following terms for delivery and review of materials:
a. The Client will provide any required information as needed to maximize the effectiveness of receiving the Services.
b. The Client will complete the training material in full.
c. The Client will perform any "Action Items" assigned by the ATP Internautics team.
d. The Client will manage the new systems and team to achieve the best results.
e. If the Client fails to contact The Company for a period of 30 days, The Company will assume that the Client no longer requires its services, and The Company may terminate the Agreement. In such an event, all unpaid fees will be due and collectible at the time of termination.
f. Minimum $35/day in ad spend for the platform.
The Company agrees that all information received from the Client in the course of providing the Services will remain confidential. The Company will not disclose this information to any third party, except when compelled by law or when the Company deems it necessary to prevent harm to the Client or others. Moreover, The Company will not share the following:
a. Vendors,
b. Trade or proprietary formulas and information,
c. Solicitation of clients within 50 miles.
The consulting services provided to the client may include any of the following:
(i) Addressing personal struggles, business issues, or general conditions in the client's personal or professional life,
(ii) Value clarification,
(iii) Identifying plans of action,
(iv) Examining modes of operation in the client's life,
(v) Asking clarifying questions,
(vi) Making empowering requests or suggestions for action to the client.
These services, collectively referred to as the "Services," aim to support the client in various aspects. It is important to note that successful consulting services will require a collaborative approach between the consultant and the client. The client acknowledges and agrees that they have a responsibility to implement or bring about any changes or recommendations identified through the Services.
You acknowledge and understand the financial commitment you are making today by entering into this Enrolment Agreement. Your financial obligations will not prevent or inhibit your participation in the Enrolment. Please note that there is a strict no refund policy. By agreeing to this document, you are bound to the terms of the agreement, unless otherwise determined by the CEO, Noah Panagakos of ATP Internautics, sole proprietorship. Service Guarantee: We are committed to helping our clients achieve a significant return on their investment (ROI) through our program. If, after the 90-day term of this program, the client has not generated enough deals totaling a value which is 2x or greater to the agreed-upon fee for Engagement of this agreement, we offer the following two options for Return On Investment Guarantee:
1. Additional 2 Months of Service at No Cost: The client will receive an additional 2 months of service, completely free of charge. During this period, our team will work closely with the client to provide dedicated support and guidance to help them achieve their ROI goals.
2. 100% Refund on Total Amount Paid: We offer a 100% refund on the total amount paid for our service. The refund process will be initiated promptly upon the client's request and in compliance with the stated timeline and requirements.
To be eligible for the guarantee and refund option, the client must fulfill the following criteria:
1. Ad Spend Budget: $35/day on Ad Spend.
2. Use our software to keep our team informed: Update the CRM every 48/hrs.
3. Follow through our experts' advice with the packages/bundles etc...
Upon launching the campaign, if the Company isn’t able to achieve a 2x Return on the Client's initial investment within 90 days, the client is entitled to a full refund of the set-up fee.
Note: This agreement may be terminated upon the request of Client, the previous contract is null and void and terms and conditions will continue upon this agreement.
