Zombie: Honestly, I'm kind of just ready to cut a b*tch at any moment. I am either feeling angry, defeated, or super exhausted all the time. ALL THE TIME.

Human: On the outside, my life looks fine. But on the inside, I know I am out of alignment. I am not miserable but I am not really feeling joyful either. I'm tired a lot but I find a way to keep sludging along with work. I'm existing.

Becoming Super Human: I generally feel on purpose, and I am finding my voice and true genius more and more. Sometimes I feel stuck through the ups and downs, but I generally trust myself and know that I can overcome any obstacle in front of me.

Super Human: Grrrrl I am floating like Janelle Monae and Slaying like Beyonce. For real. I am on purpose, abundant, and making the impact I want on the world. Honestly, I should probably teach a course so you can check my technique.

When is the last time you took major time off - like a real vacation with travel or a sabbatical where you mostly weren't responsible for anyone other than yourself? *

What are you talking about? Sabbatical? Vacation? Grrrrl I wish. I can't even remember the last time I took time off. So F* You a little bit for reminding me that I've been working like a zombie slave.

I haven't taken any real time off in a long time and what time I do have, I use sparingly for emergencies.

I try to take off at least once or twice a year, but I often have other people or children to take care of. I come back from vacation, needing another damn vacation!

I take time off with intention and I am interested in taking a sabbatical or major break to explore myself and get clarity on the next chapter in my work and life.

Sabbatical? HA! Who needs a sabbatical when you travel and vacation as often as I do. It's big bags busting out the Bentley Bentayga on the beaches in bikinis with bellinis over here grrrrl! Where are we goin' next?!

Self-Care? Everyone keeps talking about it and honestly it's getting on my nerves.

Does scrolling social, binging Netflix, smoking my smoke, and drankin' my drank count as self-care? If so, then my routine is on point!

Well, I try to do something for myself here and there. I know that there is more I should probably do, but it's pretty hard to make time when there are more pressing and urgent matters to take care of.

Actually, I have a unique daily ritual that sets me up for success. I don't always do it consistently, but I just get back to loving myself and practicing my care when I slip.

Grrrrl I have daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual self-care routines. I read, eat healthy, meditate, journal, exercise, and more. I prioritize time for play and pleasure and connect with my squad regularly. Don't believe me, just watch!.

WTF is power mapping and what's that got to do with any of this? Stop wasting my time!

I'm knowledgeable. It's basically a SWOT analysis, right? We do it sometimes at work and we see what sticks.

I've heard of power mapping but I am confused about the difference between power mapping and power analysis. I may need some help with this.

I practice power mapping and power analysis at least once or twice a year for my organization. I find it extremely helpful.

I don't want to brag or anything, but I am basically a master at power mapping and I should be teaching a course on strategic action and superhuman leadership.
