Utilize office Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and input prospect and client information.
Develop an awareness for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and thoughts on how to integrate DE&I in client companies and recruitment practices.
Develop appropriate business plans to accomplish weekly, quarterly, yearly objectives.
Leverage various resources such as office database, professional networking, social media, and direct sourcing techniques to source talent.
Manage multiple candidates at different stages in the recruitment process and provide them guidance throughout the process.
Foster talent relationships for future placements, gain industry knowledge, obtain referrals, and uncover new business opportunities.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Achieve success in the first year with client billings in the range of $100,000-$150,000.
You have a successful track record in sales and are comfortable with cold call prospecting and commission sales.
You have a knack for building relationships and can cultivate trust with clients and candidates.
