WHAT YOU WILL DO

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Develop and build a client base and new business via phone, social media, networking, and Zoom meetings.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Nurture and cultivate client relationships through trust, listening, and open communication.

STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

Gain insight into prospect’s business needs by asking thought-provoking questions to provide right-fit solutions.

HIRING MANAGER ADVISOR

Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers when needed.

INTERVIEWING AND INCLUSIVITY CONSULTANT

Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, the talent acquisition process, inclusivity, and retention.

ATS SPECIALIST

Utilize office Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and input prospect and client information.

DE&I INTEGRATION ADVOCATE

Develop an awareness for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and thoughts on how to integrate DE&I in client companies and recruitment practices.

BUSINESS PLANNING STRATEGIST

Develop appropriate business plans to accomplish weekly, quarterly, yearly objectives.

TALENT SOURCER

Leverage various resources such as office database, professional networking, social media, and direct sourcing techniques to source talent.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

Manage multiple candidates at different stages in the recruitment process and provide them guidance throughout the process.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER

Foster talent relationships for future placements, gain industry knowledge, obtain referrals, and uncover new business opportunities.

COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING EXPERT

Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

RESULTS-DRIVEN BILLING ACHIEVER

Achieve success in the first year with client billings in the range of $100,000-$150,000.
