Refund & Rescheduling Policy

By enrolling in this training, you acknowledge that you are reserving a limited seat in a live certification experience. Your registration supports advance planning, course preparation, administrative coordination, and access to included materials and resources. Please read the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made toward the Usui Reiki Certification Course are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • deposits

  • partial payments

  • payment plans

  • paid-in-full registrations

  • fees already processed

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, missed sessions, failure to attend, or failure to complete the course.

2. One-Time Rescheduling Option

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may request a one-time transfer to a future Reiki Certification Course offered by Cinnamon Brown LLC.

To be eligible for rescheduling:

  • your request must be submitted in writing

  • the request must be received at least 14 calendar days before the first day of training

  • the new training date must be selected within 6 months of the original course date

  • space must be available in the future course

Approved transfers are limited to one time only per enrollment.

3. Rescheduling Fee

A $50 rescheduling fee may apply to approved transfer requests. The new training date will not be confirmed until any applicable rescheduling fee is paid.

4. Late Cancellations, Same-Day Cancellations, and No-Shows

Requests made less than 14 days before the start of training are not guaranteed eligibility for transfer.

Participants who cancel on the day of training, fail to attend, arrive too late to participate meaningfully, or leave early may be considered a no-show or incomplete attendance. In these cases:

  • no refund will be issued

  • rescheduling may be denied

  • course access and certification eligibility may be affected

5. Emergency Exceptions

Serious illness, family emergency, or other significant unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of Cinnamon Brown LLC and is not guaranteed.

If an exception is approved, it will generally be offered as a one-time transfer, not a refund.

6. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed terms, whether or not you attend the training.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • loss of access to course materials or portal content

  • removal from the training roster

  • delay or denial of certification issuance

  • inability to reschedule into a future training until the balance is paid in full

7. Digital Content and Course Materials

Any digital materials included with your enrollment, including but not limited to:

  • pre-course modules

  • portal access

  • downloadable resources

  • videos

  • meditations

  • handouts

  • post-course integration materials

  • bonus content

are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for the registered participant only.

These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, uploaded, taught from, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes without written permission from Cinnamon Brown LLC.

8. Certification Requirements

Enrollment in the course does not automatically guarantee certification. Certification is contingent upon the participant meeting all course requirements, which may include:

  • full attendance

  • active participation

  • completion of required practice

  • completion of integration logs or assignments

  • completion of all financial obligations

Cinnamon Brown LLC reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

9. Organizer Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Cinnamon Brown LLC must cancel, postpone, or reschedule the training due to illness, emergency, low enrollment, venue issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following:

  • transfer to a future training date, or

  • a refund of tuition paid for the canceled training

Refunds, if applicable, are limited to the amount actually paid for the training itself.

Cinnamon Brown LLC is not responsible for any non-refundable or incidental participant expenses, including but not limited to:

  • airfare

  • hotel

  • transportation

  • meals

  • childcare

  • lost wages

  • other travel-related costs

10. Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

Cinnamon Brown LLC reserves the right to refuse participation, remove a participant, or deny certification if a participant engages in disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful behavior, violates course agreements, infringes on the learning environment, or misuses course materials.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Agreement to Policy

By completing your purchase, submitting payment, or enrolling in this course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Rescheduling Policy in full.
