2. Business Identity Pristine Home Care is a DBA (Doing Business As) of GRWTH CO LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia. All services are provided under GRWTH CO LLC.

3. Services Pristine Home Care provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. SMS & Text Message Communications By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Pristine Home Care at the number provided, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Scheduling updates and changes

Promotional offers and discounts (if opted in separately)

5. Age Restriction SMS messaging services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or staffing

7. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

9. Liability Pristine Home Care carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured valuables, or damage resulting from customer-provided products or equipment.

10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
