By registering my child for ICity Biz Academy Summer Biz Camp, I understand and agree to the following:

Registration Fee

A non-refundable $50 registration fee per child is required to reserve and secure a camp spot.

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.

Camp Tuition

Camp tuition is $100 per week per student.

The first week payment is due no later than May 26, 2026.

All future weekly payments are due one (1) week before the selected camp week begins.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in loss of the reserved spot.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

However, payments may be:

transferred to another available camp week, OR

converted into online access/program participation if applicable.

No cash refunds will be issued for missed days, schedule conflicts, withdrawals, dismissals, or no-shows.

Attendance & Participation

Parents understand that camp participation includes entrepreneurship activities, leadership development, group interaction, public speaking exercises, and hands-on learning experiences.Parents are responsible for ensuring students arrive on time and are picked up promptly.

Behavior Expectations

ICity Biz Academy maintains a positive, respectful, and leadership-focused environment.

Students displaying dangerous, disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the program without refund.

Media Release

I grant permission for ICity Biz Academy, ICity Christian School, and The Vibe Mobile Eatery to photograph and/or record my child during camp activities for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes including social media, websites, flyers, and advertisements.

Health & Safety

I certify that my child is physically able to participate in camp activities and I will notify staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special accommodations needed.

Liability Release

I understand that participation in camp activities involves normal recreational and educational activity risks. I release and hold harmless ICity Biz Academy, ICity Christian School, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from liability arising from participation except in cases of gross negligence.

Parent Agreement

By submitting this registration form and payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all camp policies and disclosures listed above.
