A long time ago, someone in Trader Joe’s stopped me and asked if I was a massage therapist. I automatically (and enthusiastically) said, “No, I wish!!” (But I was nowhere consciously near that path at that time.)

Years later, here I am. It took me a good while to fully listen to and trust that part of me that knew all along where I was headed. I’m forever amazed at how the Universe conspires to make things happen once you believe they can. I stay grateful, connected, and open to what life is, and to all the possibility within. I’ve been doing therapeutic massage since 2013. It’s simply awesome to be a part of helping people get to that deeply relaxed and feel-good place within. I’ve always been told that I bring a very grounded and centered presence to the massage experience.

For fun and play, I have been known to frolic about in the creative arts of poi spinning (with a tiny bit of fire experience), juggling, belly dancing, dancing in general, and roller skating. I love learning new things that inspire my creative and free spirit. I’m drawn to plants, animals, essential oils, natural ways of being/living/healing, incense, crystals, gemstones, rocks, shells, music, and quaint cozy vibes.
