Arrival Guidance
Please arrive at the time of your appointment. As treatments are carried out in a calm and private environment, the entrance door may occasionally be locked while sessions are in progress.
Your therapist will be expecting you and will welcome you as soon as possible.
We allow carefully planned treatment timings throughout the day to ensure clients are welcomed smoothly and appointments remain relaxed and uninterrupted.
Before Your Appointment
Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before selected treatments, including tinting and lash lift services.
If you are unsure whether a patch test is required, please contact the salon before booking.
Appointments & Communication
Appointment confirmations are sent by email at the time of booking.
We recommend adding your appointment date and time to your personal calendar, as confirmation emails and texts are automated no-reply messages.
Courtesy text reminders are sent approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment where applicable.
