The Coherence Integration Model
The framework of RCI comprises 5 steps to ensure proper utilization of the protocols, safety, and integration to clear limitations or issues.
STEP 1: SETUP
Setup is where we create the conditions for real change. The practitioner establishes consent, clarifies what we’re working on, and sets a clear container so the client feels safe and in choice. This step prevents rushing into “content” before the nervous system is ready.
STEP 2: CONTACT
Contact is the moment we establish a regulating, attuned connection. The practitioner slows the pace, listens deeply, and helps the client drop out of their story and into present-moment awareness. When Contact is strong, the client doesn’t just feel heard, they feel held.
STEP 3: IDENTIFY
Identify is where we get precise about what’s actually running the pattern. Instead of staying in external circumstances, we locate the internal signal and name a clear baseline (often a 0–10 intensity rating). This is how we ensure we’re working on the real thing, not a vague idea of the problem.
STEP 4: APPLY
Apply is where the practitioner runs the protocol that matches the pattern. The practitioner holds the sequence, keeps the client connected to the target, and guides the transformation step-by-step.
STEP 5: INTEGRATE
Integrate is where we make the shift durable and usable in real life. We verify the change, check for any remaining resistance, and future-pace the new state into upcoming situations. Then we close with grounding and a simple action plan so the client leaves coherent and the change actually sticks.

For someone dealing with any trauma, I can only speak my truth from my own experience, it works and it works fast and it sticks, it is not a passing fad. The trauma is addressed head on and resolved as you go. On February 4th 2013 my son shot himself in the head in my home, in my chair. This occurred the day after I returned from a training where I internally addressed ongoing issues with my son and determined to create a firm boundary around his behavior in my home. When faced with a drunken man, who had driven my car home from the bar I stood in my power and told him he would have to leave in the morning when he sobered up; five minutes later he was dead. This was the trauma I shared with Satyen Raja in a telephone call three weeks later, the day before I was scheduled to leave on a lecture tour to China. I was an emotional wreck but the thought of escaping my home was something of a relief. However, the thought of actually having to function on the tour was beyond my mental or emotional capacity. This was when Satyen offered to do a Skype session with me and explained he would be running a "procedure" for me. Without understanding exactly what was entailed, I put my trust in him and sat down in front of my computer in a daze, five hours before I left for the airport. Satyen ran what he called the "Trauma Release process," in less than one hour he took me through the awful events of that night and the agony disappeared but even more amazingly helped me connect on both a physical and spiritual level with my son which helped me resolve some of the agony and despair of the trauma. There was more work to do of course, grief of this sort cannot be resolved in an hour. But, the very fact that I felt stable emotionally, I actually felt like a protective wall had been formed around my heart and I could walk the walk and talk the talk for two weeks knowing that when I got home from China I was going to continue this work with Satyen soon after. For someone dealing with any trauma, I can only speak my truth from my own experience, it works and it works fast and it sticks, it is not a passing fad. The trauma is addressed head on and resolved as you go. As I continue to work on residual pain in my heart I am going to teach my grief counselor at home this process so that she can run it for me occasionally to check on my recovery. I know she will find it intriguing and I hope she will also find it a very useful tool in her arsenal when dealing with such pain. I have been an AASECT certified sexuality counselor for fifteen years, I have a private practice and have also been an RN for forty two years, always working actively in the field. I am a Ph.D in Human Sexuality and have spent most of my life learning and growing, spending tens of thousands of dollars on a life time of learning. It astonished me and actually made me laugh out loud when I realized how much I would have saved had I studied these concepts twenty years ago. It’s a complete professional training pathway that teaches an advanced rapid integration methodology. You’ll master the skills to create fast, reliable breakthroughs using our protocols.
How Rapid Coherence Integration™ different from other coaching modalities and therapy?
The primary difference lies in the mechanism of change. Most traditional modalities function as "Top-Down" interventions.
Therapy works with the Narrative (Understanding the "Why" / Past).
Coaching works with the Strategy (Planning the "How" / Future).
While invaluable, these approaches often hit a "biological ceiling" because they attempt to use the Thinking Mind (Prefrontal Cortex) to solve a problem stored in the Feeling Body (Limbic System).
Rapid Coherence Integration™ is a "Bottom-Up" intervention. We do not engage with the story or the strategy. We work directly with the structures that create these patterns.
We don't "process" the trauma; we discharge the charge holding it in place.
We don't "reframe" the belief; we merge the dissonance so the belief collapses on its own.

Do I need a clinical license (LCSW, PhD, MD) to practice this methodology?
No. Rapid Coherence Integration™ is a non-clinical framework. While many of our students are licensed clinicians who integrate this into their medical or therapeutic practice, the certification itself stands as a specialized Coaching & Consulting credential.
For Clinicians: It fits seamlessly into your existing scope as a somatic modality.
For Coaches/Healers: It allows you to work safely with deep patterns without "practicing therapy" without a license, as we focus on nervous system regulation rather than diagnostic pathology.
Is it safe to move this quickly with deep trauma?
This is a crucial distinction. Traditional "Cathartic" work (screaming, reliving memories) can often be re-traumatizing because it floods the system; we only suggest medically trained professionals and therapists to explore these arenas.
Rapid Coherence Integration™ is a titrated protocol. We only move as fast as the nervous system allows and practitioners are trained to work within the window of tolerance. What are the certification requirements?
To earn your designation, you must complete:
1. Participant and attend the live training
2. Complete 10-25 successfully logged transformations
3. Pass the competency-based valuation on recorded case study demonstrations of each process
4. Pass all knowledge assessments
