By using our website, contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp, or attending our clinics, you agree to these Terms.

We operate in Dublin (Terenure & Swords), Wexford, and Waterford.




2. Bookings & Appointments


Appointments can be made online, via phone, WhatsApp, or email.Cosmetic consultations are free of charge.Denture repairs do not require an appointment.For general dental treatments and exams, bookings are required.Appointments must be confirmed by our team via message or call.




3. Payments & Fees


Invoices are issued for all paid treatments.Cosmetic bonding, implants, and anti-snoring devices may be eligible for flexible payment plans (e.g., HUMM, Flexifi).Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.




4. Medical Responsibility & Client Disclosure


Clients must disclose all relevant medical history before treatment.Failure to disclose may affect outcomes, for which we are not liable.All treatment plans are explained clearly in advance, with consent obtained.




5. Disclaimer of Liability


We are not liable for:


Individual variations in treatment results
Delays or issues related to third-party lab services or courier delays
Complications arising from client non-compliance with aftercare advice
Undisclosed medical history affecting treatment


Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, as permitted by Irish law.




6. Medical Cards


We currently

do not accept Medical Cards
