We remove construction debris, clear out small debris and dust from all surfaces and floors, perform heavy dust removal from ceiling vents, and horizontal surfaces, and vacuum and wipe down all surfaces multiple times to remove layers of dust from construction residue.

Schedule after all major work (framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting) is complete. Active construction creates new dust and undoes our work. Minor finishing can happen in separate areas.

We vacuum carpets multiple times, thoroughly clean hard floors with appropriate products, dust and clean light fixtures and baseboards, sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and mirrors, peel stickers from fixtures, clean and polish faucets, wipe cabinets inside and out, sanitize countertops and backsplashes, clean appliances, and remove dust from exhaust fans and vents.

We conduct a final sweep or mop so all traces of dust are removed, then perform a last walk-through inspection to ensure all construction dust and residue are gone and the property is truly move-in ready.
