This privacy policy describes how ClubGuests, a product of Thunderstone Software LLC ("we," "our"), handles personal information collected through clubguests.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for our early-access list, we collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your Rotary club name and role

  • Optionally: Rotary district number, approximate member count, and any notes you provide

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Send you occasional updates about ClubGuests

  • Notify you when the product becomes available for broader access

  • Understand who's interested so we can build the right thing

We will not send marketing email beyond the topics above without separate, explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

  • HighLevel, the platform that hosts this site and our email list

  • Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service), which delivers our email

  • Anyone we are required to share with under applicable law

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is no longer relevant — whichever comes first. If we close the early-access program without launching, we will delete the list within 90 days.

Your rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from any email we send (every email includes an unsubscribe link)

  • Ask us to update or delete your information by emailing [email protected]

  • Ask what information we have on file for you

We will respond to access or deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

ClubGuests is intended for Rotary club officers and adult members. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone on the list.
