Victoria Schwarten

Victoria Schwarten brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a background spanning primary care, acute care, occupational health, and end of life care. Over the past eight years, she has focused her work on supporting low income and medically complex patients, providing compassionate, comprehensive care rooted in respect and clinical excellence.

In addition to her national FNP certification, Victoria holds specialized training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and has completed Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS) education. This advanced expertise equips her to serve individuals and families with multifaceted needs, offering an informed, holistic approach to care.
