1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to E&A Cleaning Solutions.
- “Client” refers to the person or entity booking cleaning/housekeeping services.
- “Services” refers to the cleaning, housekeeping, or related services provided by the Company.
2. Service Scope
- The Company will provide the Services as agreed during booking, including type of cleaning, frequency, and any special instructions.
- Any additional tasks requested during service may incur extra charges.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Services must be booked in advance through phone, email, or online.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.
- A confirmation message will be sent once the appointment is scheduled.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices will be provided prior to booking.
- Payments must be made via cash, bank transfer, mobile payment, or any method accepted by the Company.
- Full payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
- Additional fees may apply for: Excessively dirty conditions, Pet-related cleaning, Stain or deep-clean treatments, Last-minute service requests.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered.
6. Client Obligations
The Client must provide:
- Safe and unrestricted access to the premises.
- Necessary utilities such as water and electricity.
- Honest disclosure of any hazards or issues in the property.
- The Company is not responsible for cleaning areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.
7. Health & Safety
For the safety of staff, the Company may refuse service if:
- The environment is hazardous (e.g., biohazards, pests, mold).
- Aggressive pets or individuals are present.
- Clients must secure pets during cleaning sessions.
8. Supplies & Equipment
- The Company will provide cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
- If the Client requests use of their supplies, the Company is not responsible for product-related damages.
9. Damage & Liability
- The Company is insured and takes care to avoid damage.
- Minor wear, pre-existing conditions, or fragile items are not covered.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service or documented replacement value.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If the Client is not satisfied, they must report issues within 24 hours.
- The Company will offer a re-clean or adjustment at no extra cost.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All personal information and property details will be kept confidential.
- Staff may not photograph or record anything within the home without permission.
12. Termination of Services
- The Company may terminate recurring service for: Non-payment, Unsafe working conditions, Repeated cancellations.
- The Client may cancel ongoing services at any time with notice.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
- Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or small claims court unless otherwise required by law.
14. Agreement
- By booking or receiving services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
