·       Auto body repair such as dent repair, bumper repair, scratch repair, paint refinishing, and panel repair.

·       Detailing services such as exterior washing, polishing, waxing or coating, and interior cleaning.

·       Related inspection, aftercare advice, and follow up visits where agreed in writing.

Work takes place at your home, workplace, or another approved location. Service options, prices, and coverage areas appear on our website or in your quote or work order.

3.      Eligibility

By using our services you confirm:

·       You are at least 18 years old.

·       You own the vehicle or have legal authority to approve work on the vehicle.

·       Information you provide is true, current, and complete.

4.      Booking, access, and preparation

To complete mobile work you agree to:

·       Provide accurate contact details so we reach you on the service date.

·       Provide a legal and safe parking space with enough room for our team and equipment.

·       Provide access to electricity and water when required for the chosen service.

·       Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

·       Inform us about known problems that affect safety, such as fluid leaks or loose body parts.

We are not responsible for loss of items left in the vehicle.

5.      Quotes, inspections, and changes in scope

Quotes rely on information and photos you provide and on a visual inspection.

If hidden damage appears after work begins or if the condition of the vehicle differs from the description, the price and completion time might change. We explain reasons for the change and request your approval before extra work begins.

Written or digital approval of the updated quote or work order authorizes the additional work.

6.      Completion times

We aim to finish work within the time window shared with you. That window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, traffic, part supply, access, or unexpected vehicle issues sometimes extend the total time required.

7.      Payments, deposits, and charges

·       Pricing appears in your quote, invoice, or price list.

·       Payment is due at completion of work, unless another written agreement exists.

·       Larger jobs or work requiring special parts can require a deposit before scheduling.

·       Accepted payment methods are listed on the website, work order, or invoice.

·       You are responsible for any transaction fees from your bank or payment provider and for all applicable taxes.

If payment is late we reserve the right to:

·       Pause further appointments.

·       Charge late fees as allowed by local law.

·       Use collection steps that include third party collection services.

8.      Cancellations and rescheduling

Customer cancellations and rescheduling

·       Provide at least [X] hours notice to cancel or move an appointment.

·       Short notice cancellation or a missed appointment can lead to a fee or forfeited deposit, as stated in your quote or booking confirmation.

Our right to reschedule or refuse service

We reserve the right to reschedule, move, or refuse service when:

·       Weather or lighting conditions make work unsafe or likely to fail.

·       The work area is unsafe, illegal, or not suitable for our tools and chemicals.

·       There is an unpaid balance or repeated missed appointments.

·       Staff safety is at risk.

We work with you to find a new time when possible.

9.      Vehicle condition, records, and test drives

To protect both sides we often:

·       Record photos or short videos of the vehicle before and after service.

·       Attach these records to your work order and customer file.

You authorize our team to:

·       Move the vehicle within the service area, driveway, or lot.

·       Conduct a short test drive when needed to confirm repair quality, alignment, or noise reduction.

10. Service limitations and expectations

Mobile auto body and detailing has limits. You acknowledge that:

·       Certain repairs require a fixed body shop, frame machine, or paint booth and fall outside mobile service.

·       Heavy rust, deep structural damage, and severe impact damage might not qualify for mobile repair.

·       Perfect color match is not always possible on older paint, sun-faded vehicles, or previous repairs.

·       Stain and odor removal in detailing has no guarantee of full removal, although we use best practice.

·       Previous repairs, aftermarket parts, or non-original paint can affect results.

Our team explains these limits before work or as soon as they appear.

11. Aftercare

We provide written or verbal aftercare steps, such as:

·       Cure times for fresh paint or coatings.

·       Washing and waxing guidelines.

·       Interior care, drying, and ventilation guidance.

You agree to follow these steps. Damage that results from ignoring aftercare instructions falls outside any warranty.

12. Limited warranty on workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship.

·       Labor on body repair and paint work holds a limited warranty for [X] months from the service date.

·       Labor on detailing services holds a limited warranty for [X] days from the service date.

This warranty covers defects that result from our labor or materials under normal driving and care.

The warranty does not cover:

·       New damage from collision, misuse, racing, vandalism, theft, or weather, including hail and falling objects.

·       Stone chips, road rash, or new scratches that occur after service.

·       Rust that existed before service or that appears in rust-prone areas.

·       Problems linked to previous repairs, body filler, or non-original paint.

·       Work performed based on customer supplied parts or materials.

To request warranty service:

·       Contact us within the warranty period.

·       Provide photos and a description of the concern.

·       Present the vehicle for inspection.

If an issue is covered under this warranty we repair or redo the affected area or offer a fair credit toward future work, at our discretion. This warranty gives specific legal rights. Local law in your region might provide additional rights.

13. Health, safety, and environment

You agree to:

·       Keep children and pets away from the work area.

·       Avoid smoking or open flames near our tools, solvents, or paint products.

·       Follow safety instructions from our technicians at the job site.

We follow local rules for storage, use, and disposal of chemicals and waste.

14. Intellectual property and use of photos

We own all rights to our website, logo, written content, designs, processes, photos, and videos that we create. You receive a limited, personal right to browse the website and use online tools for booking and information.

We sometimes photograph completed work for records and marketing. We request permission before we use photos that show your license plate, address, or personal identity in public materials. If you prefer that photos of your vehicle stay private, inform us in writing and we honor that request.

15. Third party services

We rely on third party providers for payment processing, booking and calendar tools, email and text messaging, mapping, analytics, and advertising. These providers have their own terms and privacy rules. Use of these tools is part of the service experience.

16. Text messaging terms

We send text messages to:

·       Confirm bookings and arrival windows.

·       Send reminders and follow up links.

·       Share service updates, promotions, and seasonal notices where law allows and you have opted in.

You opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in a message or by contacting our support email. Transactional messages related to active appointments or invoices still reach you as needed.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. Text message originator opt in data and consent information is not shared with any third parties other than aggregators and providers that support text message services.

17. Disclaimers

Services and the website are provided "as is" and "as available".

We work to deliver high quality results, but perfect results are not promised for every vehicle. You are responsible for deciding whether the service level and expected outcome suit your needs before work begins.

We do not provide mechanical repair, wheel alignment, airbag work, or other safety-critical mechanical services. When our team notices a safety concern, the technician can suggest that you visit a licensed mechanic or body shop for further diagnosis.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

·       We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, income, business opportunity, or use of the vehicle.

·       Our total liability for any claim that arises from these Terms or from services provided to you is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

These limits do not reduce liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury where local law does not allow such limits.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from:

·       Your breach of these Terms.

·       Your misuse of our services, website, or property.

·       Work performed on a vehicle that you do not own or control without proper authority.

·       Failure to follow aftercare instructions or safety guidance.

20. Changes to services and these Terms

Service offerings, prices, coverage areas, and business hours change over time. The latest information appears on our website or in your quote.

We update these Terms when our practices change or when law requires. The version with the current effective date replaces earlier versions. When you continue to use services after an update you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law rules.

Most concerns resolve quickly through our support channel. Contact us first to give us a chance to address your issue.

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court and for requests for urgent injunctive relief, any dispute that arises from these Terms or services will be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is [City, State]. One arbitrator will handle the matter. A court with jurisdiction enters judgment on the award.

Class action and jury trial waiver

·       Disputes must proceed on an individual basis. Neither party pursues class, collective, or representative actions.

·       Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

Arbitration opt out
You have 30 days from the date you first accept these Terms to opt out of arbitration. To opt out, send written notice to our postal address and to our support email with the subject line "Arbitration Opt Out" and include your full name and contact details.

22. Notices

We send notices and other communications by email, text message, phone, push notification, or through notices on the website or booking portal.

You send legal notices to:

·       Email: [[email protected]]

·       Postal address: [Street, City, State, ZIP, Country]

23. Assignment

You do not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except to a buyer of the vehicle who takes over the service record with our written approval.

We are free to assign these Terms to an affiliate, a new owner, or a successor in connection with a merger, sale, or similar business transaction.

24. Entire agreement, severability, and survival

These Terms together with any signed quote, work order, or written service agreement form the entire agreement between you and us for the services described and replace any earlier written or oral agreements on the same subject.

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections stay in force.

Sections on payments, warranty, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and any clause that by nature needs to survive will continue after termination of services or closure of your account.
