He is a qualified negotiations expert by the Schranner Negotiation Institute specializing in FBI Hostage Negotiations, using strategies and tactics to diffuse high emotional / high stake conflicts.
In his current role, Samer builds the future leaders of his organization, focuses on team engagement, productivity, and people’s growth.
Samer holds a B. Sc. In Business from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon and an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in Dubai.
