Boost Your Frequency: Your Nose Knows

What is health?

When we hear or speak the word health, many of us immediately think of our physical health. As we expand our thinking, we consider our emotional and mental health, and we check in with how we feel and/or our stress levels.

Going further, what about our vibrational health, our frequency health and our consciousness health?

One of my “go-to” favorites for all my health categories is essential oils. I’ve played heavily in the pure, plant-based essential oil world for over 12 years. I use them daily and purposely for the frequency and light contained in each bottle. I know my health runs on an electromagnetic frequency, and I can change my frequency in an instant.

All pure essential oils carry electrical charges in the form of positive or negative ions meant to restore us to optimal health. By simply smelling a frequency-based (think plant-based) essential oil, a person can raise their body frequency.

  • My words are important.

  • My frequency is important.

  • My health is worth my attention to both.
