4. Booking and Payment Terms
Deposits: Trip reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposit amounts vary by trip and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment plans for trip bookings. Payment schedules, installment amounts, and due dates will be provided at booking. Late payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
Full Payment: Final payment must be received by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the trip.
Trip Cancellations by You: Refund eligibility depends on timing and is outlined in your booking agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips.
Trip Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer your booking to another trip.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We can provide recommendations for travel insurance providers.
6. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
Documentation: Ensuring you have a valid passport, any required visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination.
Health and Safety: Disclosing relevant medical conditions, following safety guidelines during trips, and maintaining appropriate travel insurance.
Conduct: Behaving respectfully toward fellow travelers, local communities, and trip staff. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate.
Assumption of Risk: Travel involves inherent risks. By participating in our trips, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A liability waiver may be required before participation.
