1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean that specific area at no additional cost to you to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Refunds

Since cleaning is a personalized service, we generally do not offer cash refunds. Our primary remedy is to fix the issue through re-cleaning. However, exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel your service within the allowable timeframe (24 hours prior), no fees will be charged. Late cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
