Mindfulness Yatra is founded and led by a Nepali-Canadian woman, born and raised in Nepal, with 25 years of tourism experience rooted across Asia. She brings a rare blend of sustainable tourism expertise and heart-led guidance as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Reiki and Yoga teacher, and Sound Bowl practitioner.
Each journey is shaped by conscious choices of transport, accommodation, food, waste, and group size. We prioritize nature-friendly practices that protect wildlife, landscapes and culture and honour local communities.
