SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages from iProtect Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us — whether through our website form, verbally to one of our licensed agents, or by texting us a keyword — you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
iProtect Agency sends both non-marketing and marketing text messages to individuals who have opted in through our website form, by verbal consent during a phone call with a licensed agent, or by texting us a keyword.
NON-MARKETING messages include: quote follow-ups and policy information, application status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, policy service and customer support communications, and responses to questions you send us by text.
MARKETING messages include: special offers, premium discounts, new carrier product announcements, rate-lock reminders before age-band birthdays, and other service updates.
Each consent type is independent, optional, and may be selected or revoked separately.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive text messages from iProtect Agency by:
Submitting your phone number through a form on our website and checking the SMS consent box.
Verbally providing consent during a phone call with one of our licensed agents (consent is documented in our CRM).
Texting a keyword such as START, QUOTE, or HELP to our business number.
By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number provided is yours and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages on that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the type of consent you have provided. You will receive up to 10 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. iProtect Agency does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from iProtect Agency at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by texting STOP to +1 361-314-7557. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.

6. Help and Support
For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond with information about the program and how to manage your subscription.
7. Privacy and Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your information with service providers (such as our SMS platform, CRM, and telecommunications carriers) only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

8. Supported Carriers
The SMS program is available across all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to opt in to receive text messages from iProtect Agency.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
