Hi, my name is Joe Garcia, and I’m the founder of Viva Hypnotherapy. I’m here to help people uncover their true power through the transformative practice of hypnotherapy.

My journey into hypnotherapy began after a profound spiritual awakening following some challenging times in my life. Before that, I spent most of my career in the corporate world as an executive trainer. While I found success there, discovering hypnotherapy brought a new sense of purpose and clarity that I immediately knew was my true calling.

Today, along with running Viva Hypnotherapy, I’m also an instructor at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, where I share my expertise with future hypnotherapists.

I founded Viva Hypnotherapy in Miami with a mission to guide people in facing and releasing the weight of their past. Although based in Miami, I serve clients worldwide, as hypnotherapy is a process that doesn’t require physical presence.

Using hypnotherapy, I empower my clients to break free from self-imposed limitations, explore the depths of their subconscious, and uncover the healing potential within. The subconscious mind controls so much of our lives, and together, we can unlock its power to create meaningful, lasting change.
